Java EE developer in software-factory/platform team, in order to provide functional teams, the needed frameworks, utilities, poc, documentation, wrapped framework tools, such as different spring framework (spring-batch, spring-integration etc) and others code-automation/standard-code-generator plug-in to produce standard code that includes JPA entities, contract first WebService interfaces, xml configuration files, DTO etc

I always try to produce configurable and environment-indipendent components, that contain classes tested, formatted and documented.
