I am more a machine learning engineer than a machine learning researcher which means that I will help develop products and production applications, rather than a researcher to help push the boundaries of AI technique and technology. So my experience is more in line with creating technology architectures that scale, writing and deploying bulletproof software, and integrating AI capabilities with existing systems. Besides, with more than 10 years in the nancial sector and two years in the commodity sector (shipping) as an quantitative analyst, risk manager, portfolio manager, senior business analyst as well as a charterholder of business certication like FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), I know something about AI, but just as much about programming, computing, corporate IT environments and business knowledge.
