My primary work is computational modelling of decision-making behaviour. That is I take a series of decisions from a group of participants and assess the ways these people process and combine information available to them when making choices.
Most of my modelling work is done in R. The experimental tasks I develop are done in both Python and Javascript, and non-modelling analysis I tend to switch between R and Python depending on the availability of useful libraries.
I have also touched on MATLAB, Java, C# and many other languages during my time. I have taught many courses both in-person and more recently online in introductory to intermediate Python and R (focussing on data analysis toolchains), the use of high-performance computing infrastructure, SQL and more.
