I am a problem solver at heart. My ultimate goal is always to find solutions through technology that make jobs and processes easier for the people who are using them. I love working in a team and learning from others and sharing my knowledge and experience in order to empower those I work with. I enjoy the responsibility of managing a team, because although there are some unpleasant aspects, the benefits of seeing a team achieve their goals (both personal and corporate), and sharing the satisfaction of a job well done far outweighs the challenges. I am structured but not inflexible, always look for opportunities to be proactive and create the solution before the problem has taken a toll. I believe I am able to add value to any in any position and work to create an environment conducive for both personal and corporate growth and success.
