I am a Mechanical Engineer who started off his career working as a Data Analyst in 2014. In 2016 I quit my job to start my own business - teaching myself Python, Django and other technologies. The business model turned out to be unsound, but the experience of developing a product from scratch was transformational. I'm now a Master of Data Science candidate at the University of British Columbia and extremely driven to connect the dots: leverage my knowledge of engineering, business and data science to create real value to the world.
