I work in a mid-size hungarian company as "product support specialist". I consult with our biggest partner's contact persons. I make suggestion about our system usage to them. I get many reporting tasks. To resolve this, I use mainly MS-SQL, but some times I utilize my XML/XSL/XSL-FO skills.
