I am brand new to the IT field, with nothing but an associates degree to go on and no real world experience. I have found that I can pick up on the nuances that make programming so interesting so long as I have someone to teach me.

However, I'm stuck between the whole "I need experience to get a job and need a job to get the experience" catch 22.
