At work, I primarily do back-end web development in SQL and Ruby.

I'm a fledgling UX developer/designer, well-versed in responsive/adaptive web design with a mobile-first approach. I design sites to be enhanced but not dependent on JavaScript. I'm attentive to details often overlooked by the able-bodied designer: semantic HTML that's screenreader friendly, and visual design with high contrast elements that are as distinct in grayscale as they are in color (for the visually impaired).
