I lead a team of 9 engineers working from India to produce a parallel Compliant Migration Tool capable of efficiently migrating data from several sources (e.g. File and Object servers) to any target while guaranteeing that no data is lost or corrupted in the process. Additionally, I have led several smaller projects aimed at customizing HDS products to better fit the customer needs. All the projects have been developed according to Agile methodologies, and I have executed the Product Owner role in all of them.
