As delegate sponsor of the Simplification, Capacity, Risk & Refresh (SCRR) portfolio, my purpose is to make the bank a little safer each and every day. I am accountable for the technical health of NAB systems - leading a portfolio of investment worth ~$200m spanning all facets of the enterprise. The portfolio comprises more than 150 individual initiatives, involving +1,500 dedicated colleagues.
