I am a researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University. I have achieved a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde (2011), an MRes in Advanced Statistics, and a PhD entitled The Role of Heart Rate as a Risk Marker for Predicting Adverse Outcomes, both from the University of Glasgow (2012 and 2016, respectively). I work in R 99% of the time but have recently been trying to get to grips with Stata so I can validate my results when required.
