Started coding in 1970's on a TRS-80. Worked through Z80 and 6502 assembler through various BASIC's, Pascal, Prolog, DBase languages, Delphi, VB (shudder!) Always avoided Java for some reason. Now pretty much simplified my activities to recreational Python and UML.
