I am a maker who wants to enable your development teams to move faster. As an ex-manager / director, I returned to development with the goal of solving first-hand the problem that most of my Agile teams faced in the past: delivering to production every sprint with the option to release separated from deliver. I've seen the importance of having both strong business leadership and strong technical leadership - and I've seen the valley that exists between the two. I seek to bring the business and development together by helping foster an understanding of "why" the team is working on any given feature and then removing any technical barriers to success that may exist. I believe that work should be challenging, fun, fulfilling and meaningful. I enjoy solving problems for developers to make their day-to-day work easier while focusing on the needs of product teams to help them be able to deliver to market faster and more reliably. I work best with people who are passionate about development, who care about the people they work alongside and believe in the core mission of the business they work for.
