I'm the director of the MCIT (Masters in Computer and IT) program here at UPenn: http://www.cis.upenn.edu/grad/mcit/index.shtml. This is a Masters program for students whose undergraduate degree is not computer science. (The "IT" in the name is unfortunate, as the program is straight computer science).
