I am a computer engineer. I am an expert developer for the the Shopify e-commerce platform. I build complex web applications using Ruby and Javascript. I have been programming since the late 1970's. As an engineer I like to experiment with all the tools of the trade like pen and paper, typing on a keyboard, sleeping on tough problems, and reading widely.

I am available as a consultant, by the hour, week or longer terms for a wide variety of work as long as it fits in the narrow niche domain I have explained here.
