FYI I am not hunchback, the photo taken was where I was bending down to work on a computer and looked up at the camera but as I am phot allergenic, this is the best photo I could find of me !

Favorite Movie: The Net (the original with Sandra Bullock) even though they show IP addresses with octets that cant exist ie. > 255 which might be a mistake or a deliberate thing so viewers don't try hacking the IP addresses shown in the movie ??? Maybe like the movie American phone numbers that all start with 555, they use IP addresses with octets > 255 so they can never be actually pinged or traced incase they actually go somewhere IRL ??? Never watch a movie with me, I spend the whole time pointing out the mistakes which most people find super irritating !

Like many of my colleagues in IT, I have Asperger's and as a result I am slightly obsessed with the tiny details others don't notice and have a very narrow field of interests. I am super critical of myself and I have extremely high standards. I also have OTD which I recently found out was "a thing" (Outline Tracing Disorder) where I trace the outline of stuff I am looking at either with my eyes or my finger (can be a bit off putting for those I am looking at when I look through them while my eyes trace their outline LOL !).

I turned my hobby into a business and now in my free time I write code to help manage my business and actually do not have any other interests. The idea of doing something that doesn't result in building or fixing or designing something is to me, a waste of time and something I do not find interesting. I work 60 hours a week in my business fixing computers and other admin and the rest of the time I do programming to help manage the business and I couldn't imagine doing anything else, ever !.

My ideal vacation is having a few weeks to myself without customers or staff interruptions where I can work on the code I use to run my business. I estimate I have about 200,000 - 250,000 lines of code in my "system" (PHP, jQuery, CSS & HTML) and as I am critical of myself and my work, I have to keep re-designing sections of my system each time I find a better way of doing something I write the whole function again so my system is a work in progress and will never be complete but I find it interesting and challenging to keep improving on my work.

I tried marriage few years back but it was not for me and while I liked being able to help and provide for others and have my step-kids call me dad and loved helping them with stuff, I didn't like sharing my personal space with others, didn't like sharing my bed or my free time (after the kids went to bed).

So, that's me, think what you want, definitely DO NOT feel sorry for me, I am (relatively) happy (except when I am stressing about a tech problem).

Sorry if this "about me" was not what you were expecting but hey, I am just being honest :)
