I am a very curious person. I love to understand how things work, causes and effects and what can we do with the leverages we have. I also love to think "how would I have done that?" - a question that helps me understand how to improve things, how to improve myself and how to be more productive. These interests make me an innovation enthusiast, which led me to engineering school. As I started working in Automotive Industry, I realized that technology alone does not drive innovation, and rather, a combination of technology, processes and behaviors. I studied Design Thinking and other approaches that aim to enhance group creativity and started working with innovation consulting in order to gain a broader perspective of innovation. What I discovered along this journey is that curiosity, in the end, is my drive and the basis for any creative solution I have ever reached. I have discovered many passions in this process, including: facilitating and teaching, researching, solving complex problems, design (as a process and as form of communicating efficiently), and studying.
