Verem Dugeri first became interested in technology after being introduced to a computer in Senior School. His love for computers and unending curiosity led him to Andela as a software developer, with special interest in web platforms and software architecture.

During his time at Andela, Verem has gained experience in PHP, Laravel, and Java for Web development. Verem is also interested in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js) and works to expand his knowledge in the area. He has been in a team with other developers during which he helped build a social platform and meeting place for food lovers and enthusiasts, where users share pictures of recipes they’ve had and also talk about them.

Verem is a graduate of the Federal university of Agriculture makurdi, where he received a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

In his free time, Verem enjoys reading books, watching SciFi and Nature documentaries.
