Experienced in building and managing technical team, communication with customer, requirements analysis and design. Specialty and personal passion in last years was understanding design and building high traffic volume processing / high availability and scalable internet systems. I also studied, designed and implemented web API's (soap, xml-rpc, RESTbased) and integrated 3rd party API's.

I have deeper experience in and understanding of affiliate systems, ad systems and web analytics.

Besides I am interested in team dynamics, effective communication (within team itself and to "outside" world), role of ethics and character within teams, understanding motivations, and agile methodologies.

I try to keep an high level overview of what is happening in the IT world, especially internet based and new media startups. Would like to dive deeper into product development and data science.
