Initially worked independently in my spare time developing my own apps and then worked full time for IG Group making their real time financial trading App. After 9 months at IG Group was asked to lead the team. Recruited, managed and mentored what eventually became a 12-person team.

October 2013 went fully independent developing my own iOS applications and selling them on the App Store. Appeared on an app / start-up Podcast and participated in a panel at AppsWorld.

I am a Scrum Alliance certified Scrum Master and an agile development enthusiast.
