I develop bespoke software for situations where either off the shelf solutions are too expensive or do not meet the needs of the customer, usually due to business processes.

Over the last 20 years I've worked in various roles in areas such as IT help desk, server and network infrastructure design and implementation, business analysis, ERP and CRM implementation, project management, software systems design and implementation, database design and implementation (mostly Microsoft SQL).
