I am a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) that holds a bachelor’s degree diploma in Systems Analysis with an emphasis on Information Systems with over 10 years of experience in the roles of business analyst, business consultant, requirements analyst and systems analyst.

During my journey as an analyst, I have mastered how best to talk to clients to elicit requirements for product development and how to find market and business needs to enhance the company's products.

Knowledgeable off the SDLC (Software development life cycle) I always seek to improve it according to the company's culture, all this working in a scrum team in an Agile manner, carrying out all tasks with a strong focus on delivering quality solutions.

I produce high-quality artifacts for proposed solutions to meet customer and market requirements like screen mock-ups, scenarios, use cases, diagrams, data models, user stories, etc.

As an experienced analyst, I help in the early identification of project risks, with appropriate communication, management, and escalation of issues in a timely manner, with a strong focus on risk minimization and issue resolution.

Nowadays I support and mentor other team members, influencing feature development and giving directions using my experience and knowledge of the legacy solution. One of the things that I do best is to facilitate things to teammates in order to get things done.
