Dale V. Ross was born and raised in Clarendon, Jamaica. In 2005, he graduated from University of the West Indies, Mona with a B. Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science and Electronics. He received multiple awards for excellent performances in the areas of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science. In 2005, Dale also started his professional career as a software engineer and has not looked back since. Spanning activities across the Software Development Life Cycle, Dale is a primarily a full stack developer, performing duties in front-end, middle-tier and back-end systems. Dale is, however, primarily a .NET Developer with skills including C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, SSIS and SSRS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Outside of work, Dale uses his skills to solve various problems using PHP and Python, but will find the right tool for the job when necessary. Most of the development done in his free time is for supporting online Scrabble communities, as scrabble is also one of his hobbies.
Dale provides software development services to start ups and is currently a co-founder of Rastival Outside of writing software, Dale utilizes multiple online learning resources to boost his skills.
