I believe that anything can be programmed, it is a question of time, and even very difficult things we will eventually be able to solve. I enjoy taking on new challenges and searching for improvements. I have plenty of experience working with large teams, small teams, individually - both in the office and remotely from different countries.

Remote working I think is the future, and I take my role very seriously and can split my home time and work time accordingly. Focus is the hardest part of remote working which makes it not for everyone, but personally I have the focus and responsibility to my job that I can separate home and work life and find an enjoyable balance.
