I'm a Computer Science researcher. My field used to be Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), where I focussed on (at different times) technology for supporting small groups of close collaborators, supporting mixed-presence collaboration, and social structure in online game communities. I now build epidemiological simulation models of Atlantic Salmon farms, investigating resistance to treatment in sea lice.
I'm most familiar with programming in C#, Python, and Java. I have built groupware of various types, including on the desktop, on interactive tables, and web based. I have analysed large datasets. I have built predictive simulation models.
