Outside of the embedded development I nowadays use mostly Django (or Bottle) with CSS3 instead of javascript, while I do maintain some legacy websites done with PHP. I did also Accelerated Mobile Pages websites, but that seems to be going deprecated by Google, so not a fan anymore.
