22 years in application development on microcomputer platform, starting with C on DOS. 10 years in C/C++ on DOS and OS/2, 10 years on Windows with VB5&6, VB.NET & C#, 8 years in intranet development (1 year Java/JSP, 7 years ASP.NET), plus many tools used while acquiring MSCS (Lisp, Prolog, AWK, regex in general). Currently one of two departmental programmers using VS2003/1.1 in transition to VS2008/3.5, using both VB and C#, as well as maintenance of VB6 apps linked to Office 2003. Just implemented MS Chart control to replace COM graphics server as part of VS2008/3.5/ASP.NET2.0 upgrade of our first production app, an intranet-based Web app for graphic presentations and data export.
