but Many web developers must have a tech ability for how to use some company's application

authorized by korean goverment in Korea.

Why many koreans uses IE? becuase Korean web must use ActiveX. if not use IE, they can't view goverment public infomation, change everything.

I need, want change that use more open, more needs competition for tech skills.
