I’ve been solving problems using web-based solutions since I was a kid. At ten years old, I was creating simple Javascript calculators to help my classmates solve difficult homework. Fifth grade math is tough!

Finding creative solutions to problems can be as simple as explaining complex information in ways a customer can understand, or maybe it means recognizing that a problem's resolution is beyond my scope. If that’s the case, I make sure to know the abilities of the people around me so I can ensure the problem is solved.
