I am a computational & mathematical biologist working as a research scientist at Newcastle University.
I use Julia, Python and R a lot as tools for handling, interpreting and analysing a wide range of biological data; from small, focussed quantitative experimental measurements to high-throughput, genome-wide screens.
I am particularly interested in dynamic simulation modelling, visualising and analysing data, image analysis. I have extensive experience with creating dynamic, interactive visualisation tools with shiny and D3.js.
