Lead developer of RadRails, developer on Aptana Studio, technical lead on Titanium and Appcelerator Studio. I was the lead developer of RDT (Ruby Development Tools) before that.
For Studio(s), I'm the guy who wrote the git support, themes, ruby/rails support, and did most of the conversion/writing of rubles/bundles. I also have my hand in many cross-language features: indexing (used for content assist), folding, pair matching, etc.
I've been working with Java for my entire career, and have been developing in ruby on mostly personal projects for the past 6 years now. I have also been working on eclipse based IDEs and plugins for going on 6+ years.
