Carl has over 20 years’ experience successfully working as a leader in the delivery of software solutions from concept, through development and into implementation. Mostly delivered within the manufacturing and automotive industries.

Carl applies his solid knowledge of agile ways of working and the software development life cycle, to work with teams to deliver quality solutions. He is actively involved, continuously providing innovative solution delivery, whilst mentoring and empowering the team to be the best they can be. Carl has been a software development manager, application architect and C#/.NET developer with a unique passion for software development and a keen interest in both cloud computing and DevOps.

Carl has a strong background and active interest in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Originating from Durban, South Africa, Carl now lives with his wife and three daughters in Brisbane.
