Currently working as lead DevOps engineer for Radiant Entertainment. We make two games: Rising Thunder ( my primary focus ) and StoneHearth. I helped RE go from Ansible to Chef with docker on GCE. My buzzword-foo is strong!

This year my primary focus for my personal life, and my goal for the 2015-2016 season is training Krav Maga. My goal is to get P1 certification in the fall of 2016 or sooner. Along with this I have monthly challenges; in December 2015 we did 10k kettle bell swings. Each month is a new personal fitness challenge.

I also practice meditation and mindfulness. I enjoy the idea of being both a spiritual person practicing love and compassion with the juxtaposition of also being a bad ass warrior.

In my professional domain I employ ruby and chef to automate the crap out of everything I can. I am an active practitioner of AWS and GCE utilizing CloudFormation and DeploymentManager respectively for my infrastructure automation implementations. Chef is used to manage and deploy the software stacks and managed machine-level expectations.

I mainly practice ruby, but I am fluent in python, the standard HTML stack of HTML5 ( even some webGL ) javascript and css, along with some basic Java and Go.
