Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder's Department of Information Science. Research on computational social science, peer production, and network science. Previously a research associate at the Harvard Business School (2014-2016) and a post-doc in computational social science at Northeastern University (2012-2014). I received my PhD in communication from Northwestern University in 2012 and my undergraduate degrees from MIT in 2006. My research uses methods in network analysis, time series, online experiments, and data visualization.
