Began as a full-time developer in 1999 and more recently in a leadership role for over 6 years.

Now I facilitate an amazing team of 26 developers and 10 QA and Testers. We deliver online assessment projects ranging in varying degrees of web-scale reaching hundreds of thousands of concurrent users throughout Asia, Australia and the UK.

As part of my role I work with an world-class team of Scrum Masters to keep focused, on track and providing the right tooling and a safe, fun and friendly workplace environment.

I also have a keen interest in development and deployment workflow efficiencies and analytics and have been responsible for the foundation of our SDLC including implementing Scrum to the workplace, TeamCity and Octopus to our build and deploy strategy, and SonarQube and Checkmarx for our automated static analysis and security code scan.
