Client - Classic. When asked our client to please send as much detail on an intermittent 'bug' not one of my developers could even reproduce in order to fix. Luckily they finally sent those details!!:

"The message was a white page with yellow area's and red writing with what looked like code - numbers and formulas." Phew!! Thanks for pointing the way to that needle in the haystack!!! lol
