I have met many different technologies and been confronted with many projects. Finding a good, balanced way to address and solve all those problems has been a constant along my career.
I am used to look and select the proper tool/s for the task. I was never afraid of learn new tricks, master new technologies, acquire new skills; it keeps you alive and alert.
On the one hand, I always try to create a good mood around me, trying to be a good team member; in the other hand, I am perfectly capable of playing solo or arranging and coordinating a project crew so that all crew member give the best of them for the project and for each one of them, matching the project target/s along that way.
I prefer working in my city, but have no problem with commuting to other places or working from home with eventual coordinating visits to wherever it is needed.
Having started with Assembler, Fortran and Pascal, I have dealt with VBasic, Delphi, C/C++ and C#, mastering a lot of complementary disciplines along the way.
I like helping other people make their dreams come true (that's how I got in contact with StackOverflow, to start with).
