I'm the Director and Co-Founder of VentureBlocks LLC, a software development company that publishes The Nanu Challenge: a 3d immersive simulation for entrepreneurship education. My usual day involves some combination of sales calls, focus groups, strategy and advisor meetings, and of course the role of Lead Developer. Right now I primarily work with C# and JavaScript in Unity, and simultaneously PHP/MySQL/JavaScript/SCSS/etc on the web server side. I also consult occasionally in the LAMP stack, VBA, and ASP.NET.

Thanks to a combination of nerdiness and a little mild OCD, I've been a programming hobbyist since childhood, and spent the last decade of my professional career building web and desktop information management applications for the U.S. EPA, Fidelity Investments, Marsh and McLennan Companies, OSHA, BOEMRE, Babson College and the Mount Sinai Medical Center. For the past 4 years I've been working on my own startups.
