I am transferring my background in machine learning to to become a high-tech entrepreneur. I founded, and serve as the CTO of CERAmarketing; we help retailers optimize their merchandising and sales staff performance by collecting statistics about customer behavior inside their store. We do this by analyzing video from the stores' security cameras using our computer vision algorithms.

In 2011 I organized an independent count of attendees at Moscow's protests for fair election. I led a team that recorded the marches, and a counted them using our purpose-built computer vision algorithms. Our work made a splash in the local media, resulting in four TV interviews, and articles in the local media, gathering tens of thousands of views.

I hold an MSc in Computer Science from University of Toronto, and a BS/MS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. I have 8 years of experience in computer vision and related fields, primarily as an algorithms developer.
