I am a cancer researcher transitioning from experimental biology to biomedical data science. I recently started programming in R, Python and SQL. My eventual goal is to apply machine learning to various aspects of cancer biology, from predicting the most effective therapy for a patient to discovering new relationships in cellular networks and their implications for disease and treatment.
