I currently work at Google on the Windows Chrome team.

I am formerly the Embarcadero Chief Scientist with my main responsibility of overseeing all the developer tools. I have been on or associated with the Delphi/C++Builder teams since before their inception. I've also had the distinct honor of working with Anders Hejlsberg for many of those years.
