I'm passionate about Database Lifecycle Management (DLM) so I started a company called DLM Consultants. We specialise in applying DevOps, CI, CD and ALM principles to databases, primarily SQL Server.

Before that I spent 6 years working for Redgate as a pre-sales engineer where I implemented DLM solutions at hundreds of organisations.
