I'm part of the generation who started coding BASIC on the Apple ][ and DOS 35 years ago, it took me a while to get back to what I love doing but I've now been developing professionally in a variety of languages on almost every operating system out there for over 25 years.

In the past ten years I've mostly been coding in Java and have developed an expertise in diagnosing and resolving scalability and concurrency issues in enterprise applications.
