MY SPECIALITIES and PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS:

• Distributed cloud applications, micro-service architecture, big data analytics and machine learning
• Scala/Akka/Play, Java/J2EE, Amazon WS, NoSQL, Docker, parallel computing and multi-threading
• Secure document management in cloud, computer graphics and on-line 3D visualization (WebGL)

I also was a co-founder in a computer graphics startup Vizup where I designed and led the development of a cloud-based 3D optimization SaaS solution (c++/Scala + Akka/Play, AWS) with interactive web UI (AngularJS/Three.js/Scala.js + WebGL) along with performing tons of everyday startup activities from website design and SEO to DevOps and build environment setup.

Before that I was a technical lead at PTC Labs where I performed feasibility studies for emerging Internet technologies. There I created several product prototypes with a mix of Cloud, Big Data and NoSQL technologies.

In my previous life, I worked at CG Research Center of Russian Academy of Science where we were creating computer graphics and multi-threading libraries for Intel-860 and T-800 boards.
