I'm a control engineer turned computer engineer, currently working for a company called Mercúrio Digitalizações in São Paulo, Brazil, managing its finances, programming internal tools for data processing & analysis, and building custom digitization machinery.

Mercúrio Digitalizações is a consultancy specialized in digitization projects for cultural heritage collections. Our portfolio includes projects with some of the largest museums and Universities in South America, we use open source software exclusively and we've designed and built our own scanner for digitizing very large maps and plants.
