I have a background in fine arts. I painted murals to pay my bills before graduate school. I dabbled in advertising for a tiny bit. I taught graphic design to Interior Architecture students. I learned to program accidentally. While I was working on the design for a small e-commerce website, the real programmer got upset, took his server, and went home. I cracked open a book and helped pick up the pieces.
Currently, I am a full stack developer supporting a very busy website written in ASP.Net MVC and AngularJS, and hosted on Amazon Web Services. We are working on transitioning to a universal / isomorphic ReactJS.
Previously I was working with a team to design and develop a suite a of RESTful micro-services written in Java. I have deep experience supporting complex HTML5 web applications. In the past I worked on web sites and applications build on the LAMP stack).
