Abhishek Lal is passionate about building cloud services that customers love! Currently he heads Product Management for Data Transfer Services at Google Cloud (Storage - Transfer Appliance). He presents often at conferences and industry events. Prior to his current role he was the Director of Product Management for Teradata IntelliCloud and had led Product Management for CloudFormation and related DevOps services at Amazon Web Services. He drives the delivery of new services including design, positioning, messaging and customer/partner engagements. He has been part of several teams at Microsoft, delivering products like the first release of .NET to most recently shipping Windows Azure Service Bus. He has more than a decade of experience on engineering teams building quality products in developer, tech lead and SDET roles, and received a Masters in Computer Science degree from University of Southern California.
