Computer enthusiast and professional software engineer with a generous dose of worldly curiosity and maybe a touch of insanity. Work-life balance is important to me: I'm the guy with too many hobbies and not enough hours in life to fully explore them. I make beer, scuba dive, and sail: none of them as often as I'd like. I regret that most of my professional work is not publicly available for review, but I've (unintentionally) made my career in privately-owned small companies without significant open source presence, and I firmly believe there's more to life than sitting in front of a computer making clickety-clack noises with my fingers until code falls out.
