I am a Civil Engineer by trade who dabbles in a lot of web design and the occasional binge programming session.

My areas of expertise include Javascript / jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Python. Other things that I am decent but not so good at are C / C++, Ruby, VBA, ASP and Java.

I have been having a crack at doing web programming since I was about 12 years old, completely self taught from books back then and then off the internet. The websites that I maintain help me stay ahead of the curve with the latest developments in the web design space.
