How do you create a use case diagram? First, you need to organize your four key elements — system, actors, use cases and relationships. Then, arrange them visually in a way that makes sense and will allow you to see immediately the connections between them.
It does not show the detail of the use cases: It only summarizes some of the relationships between use cases, actors, and systems. It does not show the order in which steps are performed to achieve the goals of each use case.
A use case diagram contains four components. The boundary, which defines the system of interest in relation to the world around it. The actors, usually individuals involved with the system defined according to their roles. The use cases, which are the specific roles played by the actors within and around the system.
